Maybe it'll turn into a career for her?

Let me paint you a picture of my day: Gav is currently only half-dressed, and Ava spent the better part of the afternoon running around the house completely naked playing the kazoo....My new mommy-of-two life = complete & utter chaos. And I love it!

My heart has doubled in size in one month's time

Look at those faces-- we are so blessed! Sleep deprived, barely showering, and dishes piling up in the sink-- but incredibly blessed. Life is fantastic.

There's a new love in Ava's life...

"Momma, I love him so much. I am going to marry him someday."

And baby makes 4!

Daddy's Little Girl, rain or shine

So we're t-minus 9 days from little Gavin's (scheduled) arrival, and I snapped this candid of Jeff & Aves as we were leaving father's day brunch at Chez Uncle Paul.
Moments like this truly make my heart overflow with warm, fuzzy happiness, even despite the cold June rain that fell all day long.

Nursery is D-O-N-E, clothes are all washed, organized by size & put away, crib & bassinet out & ready, Newborn sized diapers & wipes stockpiled & ready to go. At this point, all we have left to add is a BABY!
